Belize, March 1st - 14th, 2007
Belize was such a change from Guatemala, and we were very excited to get back to the beach. The Garifuana culture was unlike anything I'd every experienced before; we truly were in the Caribbean now. A few memorable highlights were: kitesurfing, watching our hotel nearly burn down with everything we own inside, and a three-day sailing trip through the various cayes along the coast.
