Mt. Rainier Pictures

We summited Mt. Rainier on July 5, 2005. Mt. Rainier, located in Washington State, is 14,410 ft tall in elevation. The 2-day climb was an incredible experience for both of us. It had been a life long dream for Dave, who grew up just a few hours north in Seattle, to climb Mt. Rainier. Though the climb was thoroughly exuasting, the views alone made it worth while! If you ever find yourself in Seattle, head up to the mountain for at least a day hike. It is truly spectacular!
